What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, scope, and priorities.
• Translate complex business needs into structured product and project requirements.
• Challenge and validate technical decisions to ensure feasibility, scalability, and business impact.
• Own and manage the project heartbeat, including planning, prioritization, resource management, and reporting.
• Drive the entire AI product lifecycle from PoC and MVP to full production.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, including IT, Business, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years in project management and 4+ years in AI.
• Master's degree or higher in CS, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• English: Fluent (C1+) required.
• Strong technical foundation and understanding of the full ML lifecycle (exploration, development, validation, deployment, monitoring).
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML or data-driven products from prototype to production.
• Experienced in Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and maintaining delivery cadence.

Nice to have

• Domain exposure to formulation, chemistry, or the F&F industry.
• Proficiency in French.
