TL;DR

Product Owner (AI): Bridging business needs and technical execution to scale ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions across the hospitality group with an accent on product vision, stakeholder alignment, and production readiness. Focus on driving end-to-end AI product delivery, managing cross-functional squads, and ensuring ethical compliance and business value realization.

Location: Must be based in France (Hybrid work possible from offices in Issy-les-Moulineaux or remote within France).

What you will do

• Capture business needs and frame AI use cases in partnership with commercial, marketing, and operations teams.
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, balancing business value with technical feasibility.
• Lead a squad of Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers to drive sprints and ensure production readiness.
• Drive change management and end-user adoption while tracking ROI and business impact.
• Manage external vendor relationships, budgets, and service level agreements.
• Ensure all AI products adhere to GDPR, ethics, and security guardrails.

Requirements

• Must be based in France for hybrid work arrangements.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Business.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, or applied AI delivery.
• Proven track record of shipping at least one major AI/Data product end-to-end in production.
• Hands-on literacy in GenAI and ML Ops to challenge technical choices.
• Fluency with OpenAI, AWS AgentCore, Anthropic, and Microsoft Foundry.
