What you will do

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle and onboarding for enterprise banking clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map workflows, identify AI use cases, and surface integration requirements.
• Create detailed product scoping documents, implementation plans, and AI workflow blueprints.
• Engage executive stakeholders at financial institutions to communicate ROI and transformation outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Refine onboarding and implementation methodologies to improve scalability and repeatability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, implementation, or enterprise onboarding.
• Direct experience within banking or credit union environments in the United States is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in workflow mapping, systems analysis, and technical specification writing.
• Proven ability to lead discussions with senior executives in large financial organizations.
• Ability to drive initiatives independently within a fast-moving startup environment.
