Product Manager, Capital Markets (AVP/VP)

What you will do

• Drive product development, product governance, and end-to-end lifecycle management across the Capital Markets platform.
• Evaluate, develop, implement, and manage investment products and capabilities, including products involving derivatives.
• Support execution and advisory teams on product initiatives, change projects, and strategic business priorities.
• Lead product approvals, periodic reviews, due diligence, risk assessments, regulatory implementation, and policy changes.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize front-to-back workflows, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency.
• Represent the business in forums and committees while monitoring market trends, customer behavior, financial drivers, and competitor strategies.

Requirements

• Degree qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of product management experience, preferably in investment or wealth management.
• Detailed knowledge of financial markets and strong technical capabilities.
• Knowledge of investment products, including derivatives.
• Understanding of banking and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with a commitment to service excellence.
