Sr. Product Manager - MFG (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own product direction for Billing, Transactions, and Reports across the merchant-facing platform.
• Design and ship fee models, pricing configuration, tiering logic, invoice generation, payment collection, and negative-balance handling.
• Own transaction visibility, merchant-initiated actions such as full and partial refunds, and the roadmap for transaction details and lists.
• Manage reporting interfaces for Transactions, Balance History, and Billing Report, including scheduled reports, exports, and billing CSVs.
• Represent merchant experience and billing accuracy in discussions with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, GTM, and Account Management.
• Make technical product decisions around the T4 ledger, Unified Transactions View, billing engine, data consistency, and reporting reliability.

Requirements

• Experience owning complex payment, billing, transaction, or reporting products.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, GTM, and Account Management.
• Strong understanding of ledger systems, billing logic, transaction data, and financial reconciliation.
• Ability to prioritize product roadmaps and make technical trade-off decisions.
• Experience improving merchant-facing user experiences and benchmarking products against platforms such as Stripe and Adyen.
