What you will do
- Drive day-to-day execution of the dNOC operation supporting linear handoffs (broadcast and streaming) and live event distribution.
- Maintain reliability standards by overseeing workflow execution and adhering to established performance thresholds.
- Lead daily operational decision-making, procedural direction, and onboarding of new systems and processes.
- Establish workflow documentation, orchestrate training certifications, and support high-profile event preparation and execution.
- Generate performance metrics, analyze issue trends/discrepancies, and manage shift scheduling for proper operational coverage.
- Partner with engineering teams on terrestrial and cloud distribution architectures and collaborate with internal/external clients and distribution partners.
Requirements
- Location/Authorization: Must be willing to work at the Stamford, Connecticut facility and have unrestricted employment authorization in the US.
- Hybrid schedule: contribute from the office a minimum of four days per week (company may change in-office requirements).
- 3+ years Network Operations, Digital Operation, or Media Operations facility experience.
- 3+ years industry, database, or related analytic experience.
- 3+ years experience in a support technical role and customer/client/vendor-facing work.
- Ability to work or be on call at any time for a 24x7x365 operation, sometimes on short notice.
