What you will do

• Administer Workfront configuration, including layouts, workflows, teams, and user permissions.
• Support enterprise tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Project Operations, and PowerBI.
• Maintain integrations and data flow between project systems and enterprise data hubs.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards for operational and executive visibility.
• Collaborate with PMO, Finance, and IT to align project lifecycles and financial workflows.
• Troubleshoot system issues and lead user enablement and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Workfront administration or enterprise system configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or PowerBI.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and business process alignment.
• Experience supporting integrated systems in a matrixed environment.
