NOC Engineer (System Engineering): Monitoring and maintaining over 14,000 servers and 250 network devices across global data centers with an accent on incident resolution and system uptime. Location: Must be based in Draper, UT (Onsite)
Compensation: $23.27 - $43.26 USD per hour (depending on location)

What you will do
- Monitor internal and production systems, escalating issues to level two engineers.
- Resolve trouble tickets and collaborate with Engineering, Support, and QA teams.
- Document problem descriptions and provide detailed diagnoses with high accuracy.
- Maintain operations documentation, including support guides and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuous system coverage.
Requirements
- US citizenship required
- Previous experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or operations environment.
- Proficiency in Linux command line and scripting (Bash or Python).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios preferred) and trouble ticketing systems (Jira).
- Ability to work a rotating shift pattern (12:00 PM - 11:00 PM Mountain Time, 4-day workweek).
- Strong analytical, planning, and multitasking skills under pressure.
