What you will do

• Achieve turnover and gross margin objectives for assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Architect comprehensive sales strategies and negotiate complex contracts.
• Manage tenders, RFPs, and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and sign new client contracts.
• Forecast key account metrics and prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar sales role with a proven track record.
• Proven experience selling complex technical hardware and software solutions, preferably in the retail industry.
• Fluent Turkish and English required.
• Demonstrable ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
