What you will do

• Lead the post-sale journey for Turkish accounts, from initial onboarding to long-term renewal and expansion.
• Partner with customers to embed the platform into daily workflows for vegetation management and CAPEX prioritization.
• Translate complex technical AI/Physics model outputs into executive-level business outcomes.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and manage relationships with DSO and TSO stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the Turkish market, collaborating with EU Sales and Product teams to align the roadmap.
• Monitor customer health scores and drive NRR by identifying upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of professional experience in Account Management, Technical Consulting, or Customer Success.
• Background in Utilities, Infrastructure, Energy, or Engineering SaaS.
• Fluent Turkish speaker with professional fluency in English.
• Must be based in Türkiye.
• Comfortable traveling 20-40%.
• Ability to navigate technical conversations with both engineers and executives.

Nice to have

• Engineering background (Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or Energy).
• Experience working with Electricity Distribution (DSO) or Transmission (TSO) operators.
• Familiarity with GIS or Asset Management systems.
