What you will do
- Develop and manage outbound client pipelines while handling inbound partnership requests.
- Craft tailored proposals and high-impact pitches for financial institutions.
- Lead clients through technical onboarding and ensure seamless communication.
- Collect customer insights to drive product optimization and strategy.
- Execute a test-and-learn methodology to improve acquisition and engagement.
- Build brand recognition and trust across the Turkish market.
Requirements
- Native or professional fluency in Turkish and excellent English required.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience specifically within financial institutions, fintech, or SaaS.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard collaboration software.
- Must be based in Turkey.
- Ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced working environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in the finance or trading domain.
- Familiarity with web technologies like HTML5, GitHub, and JavaScript.
