Location: Must be based in Montreal, Canada (Hybrid: minimum 4 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Coach and advise leaders on performance management, feedback, and employee development.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, role design, and scaling strategies.
• Lead compliance with Quebec regulatory requirements including CNESST, Office de la langue française, and Revenu Québec.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Support immigration processes and international employee relocations.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based HR teams to align policies and employee experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive professional HR experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of Quebec employment law and Canadian HR practices.
• Bilingual in French and English (fluent written and verbal communication required).
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be willing to work in the Montreal office at least 4 days per week.
