TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Germantown, TN or Atlanta, GA

What you will do

  • Establish, negotiate, and maintain long-term agreements with suppliers to meet performance and cost goals.
  • Develop commodity strategies and lead supplier selection processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Manage supply chain risks through proactive management and supplier audits.
  • Drive cost reduction strategies and analyze market indices to forecast financial impacts.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and resolve vendor grievances or claims.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and design improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Business-related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in indirect category or services procurement.
  • Advanced negotiation skills and expertise in corporate contract processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher).
  • Project Management certification or skills.
