Production Operations Analyst (IoT)

Location: Hybrid in Coppell, TX, USA (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities across the supply chain, from planning through production ramp.
• Manage execution from BOM freeze to delivery, including sourcing, purchase orders, shipment tracking, and invoice validation.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Finance) to align needs and support decisions.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive improvements when issues arise.
• Support and track production ramp-up, ensuring suppliers meet delivery and quality expectations.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track supplier performance and supply chain status.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, specifically with a manufacturing or production focus.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in supply chain, business, data analytics, industrial engineering, or other related discipline.
• Strong data analytic skills and essential proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Coppell, TX.

• Experience with data visualization tools, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
