What you will do

• Lead large-scale lending transformation programmes from early scoping through to go-live.
• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to define strategic objectives and translate them into delivery roadmaps.
• Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional delivery teams.
• Manage the full programme lifecycle, ensuring quality, scope, and budget adherence.
• Partner with product, architecture, and sales teams to ensure technical and commercial viability.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks across strategic engagements.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale lending technology programmes in North America.
• Expertise in Mortgage Servicing, Commercial Lending, or primary servicer transformation.
• Strong track record in end-to-end programme management with full accountability for quality, scope, and budget.
• Ability to engage and align C-level stakeholders, combining strategic advisory with hands-on ownership.
• Solid understanding of lending architecture, system integration, and cloud-based platform design.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across the North American region.
