What you will do
- Lead day-to-day delivery of social media activity across global client accounts, owning content, paid campaigns, community engagement, and reporting.
- Own performance and outcomes across accounts, ensuring results meet objectives and improve over time.
- Translate campaign plans into effective execution and contribute to social strategy using performance data, platform insight, and audience understanding.
- Manage content calendars and deliver social-first content in collaboration with creative teams, including support on content shoots and short-form video (e.g., TikTok, Reels).
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok, including targeting, optimization, and budget management.
- Analyze organic and paid performance, run structured testing, and provide clear reporting and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- UK-based candidates only (remote role for candidates based in the UK).
- 5+ years’ experience managing social media programmes across brands, agencies, or complex organisations.
- Proven experience delivering both organic and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Deep knowledge of major social media platforms (algorithms, formats, and audience behavior) and strong understanding of paid social setup, targeting, optimization, and budget management.
- Strong content strategy and editorial planning skills, including copywriting and editing for high-performing social content.
- Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations, with confidence presenting to clients and managing stakeholders.
