What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent brands, acting as the internal voice of the community.
• Own the content calendar and execute publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, and weekly newsletters.
• Curate and update deli.market, maintaining high standards for photography and storytelling.
• Use AI tools to improve the speed and quality of content production and operational workflows.
• Collaborate closely with founders in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• Experience in community, content, or brand management roles.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work.
• Proficiency in Instagram, LinkedIn, and basic photo/video editing.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Notion, and Canva or Figma.
• Ability to integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) into daily workflows.
