What you will do

• Conduct training needs analyses and develop instructional materials.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
• Support compliance, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency for a federal client.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC.
• Skills in training analysis, instructional material development, and learning evaluation.
