What you will do

• Support the DIA Directorate of Intelligence Analysis Certified Defense All-Source Analysis Professional Certification Program.
• Conduct job task analyses and training needs analyses for defense all-source analysts.
• Lead course evaluation, review, revision, and requirements updates.
• Develop learning objectives and design in-person or asynchronous online instruction aligned with certification standards.
• Coordinate course development and delivery with subject matter experts, DIA Academy for Defense Intelligence, and DIA/DI instructors.
• Evaluate professional development logs and support CDASA accreditation packages for the National Commission for Certifying Agencies.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance and the ability to pass a counterintelligence-scope polygraph.
• At least five years applying Instructional Systems Design principles, such as ADDIE, to analyze performance or training needs and design, develop, and revise learning solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Systems Technology, Education, Learning Sciences, Human Performance Technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of DoD processes and terminology.
• Expert MS Office skills demonstrated through published products.

Nice to have

• Seven years designing and maintaining assessment-aligned learning solutions for certification programs.
• Experience developing formal program documentation for national accreditation or other high-stakes credentialing environments.
• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community training, education, or certification programs in classified environments.
• Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Education, or a related field.
• Experience as an all-source intelligence analyst in an ICD 203-related billet, including five years of operational experience.
