What you will do

  • Develop and implement full-cycle sales strategies for assigned territories to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage key accounts by providing consultative solutions and maintaining strong industry relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis and opportunity assessments to identify growth areas and capitalize on industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasting, and customer data within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and effective floor placement.
  • Mentor team members and support training initiatives to enhance overall sales performance.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in media and B2B event sales.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Boulder, CO, United States.
  • Expert understanding of campaign metrics, analysis, and consultative selling techniques.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for industry events and client meetings.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
