What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for aerospace, automotive, and heavy industry sectors in Ontario.
• Manage the full sales cycle for multi-million-dollar transformation programs, from lead generation to closing.
• Advise clients on Industry 4.0 adoption, supply chain resilience, and engineering modernization.
• Position integrated offerings including PLM, MBSE, digital twins, ERP, IoT, and cloud solutions.
• Demonstrate the value of AI-enabled delivery models to compress timelines and improve unit economics.
• Represent the practice at major industry forums and trade shows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development or client-facing consulting.
• 5+ years of specific experience in industrial sectors such as aerospace, automotive, mining, or advanced manufacturing.
• Proven track record of closing $1M+ multi-year services engagements.
• Ability to influence VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
