What you will do

• Lead government, regulatory, and policy strategy across the UK, US, and key European markets.
• Build and manage high-level relationships with government officials, regulators, and industry bodies.
• Shape and respond to consultations, regulatory filings, and legislative developments.
• Navigate incentives, subsidies, and policy frameworks to accelerate renewable energy build-out.
• Advise leadership on emerging policies regarding decentralization, grid modernization, and power trading.
• Represent the company in public forums, roundtables, and strategic external conversations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record in government relations, policy, regulation, or public affairs.
• Strong existing network across government, regulators, or industry institutions.
• Ability to break down complex regulatory environments and execute quickly.
• Comfortable operating with limited guidance and switching contexts rapidly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
• Energy sector experience is strongly preferred.
