What you will do

• Lead concept and copy development for various projects across the pharmaceutical portfolio.
• Manage project workflows through effective delegation and multitasking to ensure seamless delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the creative team and senior account members to meet strategic goals.
• Deliver advanced presentations and sell creative concepts to external clients.
• Provide mentorship, career-building guidance, and support to the copy team.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by modeling inclusive behaviors and managing bias.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 8 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Extensive pharmaceutical HCP writing experience is required.
• Proven ability to extract relevant information from clinical sources to write medically accurate copy.
• Experience managing complex projects involving internal and external account and creative teams.
• Strong client-facing confidence to advance dialogue and build agency-client relationships.

Nice to have

• DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) pharmaceutical writing experience.
