What you will do

• Deliver breakthrough creative work while influencing peers and championing creativity.
• Lead projects from conception to completion, including crafting outlines and first manuscripts.
• Reference, annotate, and prepare documents for editorial fact checks and LMR reviews.
• Present work to clients and defend pieces at LMR meetings.
• Manage delegation, workflow, and staffing across multiple projects and brands.
• Mentor junior creatives and empower team members to reach their full potential.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of creative copywriting experience, with at least 3 years in pharma.
• Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to direct writing and design for interactive, motion, and print projects.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to superior quality.
• Must be self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Must provide a digital portfolio showcasing a wide range of interactive work across multi-media channels.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, writing, or equivalent.
• Experience in market access or patient support writing.
