Salary: $105,000 – $140,000 per year.

What you will do
- Develop core messaging frameworks for Total Rewards programs.
- Write high-quality program communications, including emails, announcements, and manager guidance.
- Create manager toolkits and talking points to support effective cascade communications.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints, channels, and global markets.
- Partner with project managers and creative teams to bring communication strategies to life.
- Translate complex topics like benefits, compensation, and performance into engaging content.
Requirements
- Must reside in one of the specified US states: AL, CA, CO, CT, GA, IA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, or WA.
- Strong storytelling and executive writing skills.
- Demonstrated experience distilling complex programs into clear, concise language.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to tone consistency.
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities.
