Salary: $105,000 – $140,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop core messaging frameworks for Total Rewards programs.
• Write high-quality program communications, including emails, announcements, and manager guidance.
• Create manager toolkits and talking points to support effective cascade communications.
• Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints, channels, and global markets.
• Partner with project managers and creative teams to bring communication strategies to life.
• Translate complex topics like benefits, compensation, and performance into engaging content.

Requirements

• Strong storytelling and executive writing skills.
