Focus on leading 360-degree ecosystem productions, presenting strategic concepts to stakeholders, and ensuring brand consistency across digital, social, and retail touchpoints.

Location: Must be based in the San Francisco / Oakland Bay Area. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence at the San Jose headquarters two days per week.

Salary: $118,700–$160,000

What you will do

• Drive concept development for integrated B2B campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Craft compelling full-funnel messaging for product launches, digital content, and experiential activations.
• Partner with art directors, strategists, and marketers to develop cohesive creative solutions.
• Present creative concepts and strategic rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Oversee creative production from concept through final execution, including video and film shoots.
• Ensure high standards of creative excellence and brand consistency across all channels.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advertising and brand copy with a standout portfolio.
• Deep experience in B2B marketing and storytelling required.
• Technology and B2B industry experience required.
• Strong understanding of production processes across video, digital, social, and print.
• Proven ability to lead or support 360-degree ecosystem productions.
• Must be based in the San Francisco / Oakland Bay Area for hybrid work.
