💰 Salary: AED 45,000 – 60,000 per month

What you'll do:
• Lead enterprise transformation and change management initiatives
• Drive process optimization, operating model redesign, and business improvement programs
• Partner with executive leadership to define transformation roadmaps
• Oversee cross-functional strategic projects and governance frameworks
• Measure business impact, operational efficiency, and transformation outcomes
• Build a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement
Ideal profile:
• Strong experience in Business Transformation, Strategy, PMO, Consulting, or Operational Excellence
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs
• Experience working with C-suite stakeholders and executive committees
• Strong analytical, financial, and change management capabilities
• UAE/GCC experience is mandatory
