Program Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $115,000–$139,000 CAD annually.

What you will do

• Establish and manage project governance and portfolio controls for strategic initiatives.
• Define complex business initiatives and coordinate end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with legal, risk, compliance, finance, and technology departments to align scope and resources.
• Actively engage with project teams, working committees, and external vendors.
• Lead the implementation of solutions to drive exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.
• Manage change and ensure sustainable execution across the discretionary platform.

Requirements

• Must have valid work authorization for Canada.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management roles.
• PMP or PgMP certification is mandatory.
• Direct experience in the Wealth Management or Investment Management industry.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for illustrating complex concepts and structures.

Nice to have

• CFA or CSC designations.
• Experience with cross-hierarchy communication and relationship building.
