Location: Must be based in Canada with valid work authorization. The role follows a hybrid schedule, currently located in Toronto (483 Bay Street) with a transition to Mississauga (3 Robert Speck Parkway) in late 2026.
Salary: $115,000–$139,000 CAD annually.

What you will do
- Establish and manage project governance and portfolio controls for strategic initiatives.
- Define complex business initiatives and coordinate end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with legal, risk, compliance, finance, and technology departments to align scope and resources.
- Actively engage with project teams, working committees, and external vendors.
- Lead the implementation of solutions to drive exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.
- Manage change and ensure sustainable execution across the discretionary platform.
Requirements
- Must have valid work authorization for Canada.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management roles.
- PMP or PgMP certification is mandatory.
- Direct experience in the Wealth Management or Investment Management industry.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for illustrating complex concepts and structures.
Nice to have
- CFA or CSC designations.
- Experience with cross-hierarchy communication and relationship building.
