TL;DR

Program Manager, Transformation (Fintech): Leading large-scale, strategic programs including AI strategy implementation and M&A integrations with an accent on cross-functional coordination and executive partnership. Focus on translating high-level strategy into executable delivery plans and ensuring measurable ROI across the enterprise.

Location: Based in Austin, Texas (Hybrid). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs spanning multiple business units and product lines.
  • Own program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Translate internal AI and data strategies into executable programs to drive enterprise efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and partner with senior executives across Engineering, Product, and Sales.
  • Establish and improve program management standards, metrics, and reporting.
  • Manage change management initiatives to embed transformation into normal course operations.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of professional experience leading complex, enterprise-scale programs.
  • Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or fintech corporate environments.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Based in Austin, Texas (up to 10% travel required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.

  • PgMP or PMP certification.
