What you will do

• Develop and evangelize expertise in panel data applications across customer success and sales teams to stimulate analytical opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, propose, and close analytical project opportunities using CPS data.
• Design tailored research approaches, including surveys, to meet specific client needs.
• Collaborate with internal modelling and scripting teams to ensure smooth project execution and deliver compelling insights.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships at all levels.
• Champion the integration of behavioral and attitudinal data to solve complex business challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience with consumer or shopper panel data, ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
• Strong planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of delivering results through others.
• Must be based in or able to work in Oxford, United Kingdom.
