What you will do

• Conduct detailed exploratory data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for innovation.
• Support early-stage discovery by testing hypotheses and validating assumptions through rigorous quantitative analysis.
• Clean, transform, and prepare datasets to support modeling, prototyping, and production-ready pipelines.
• Translate exploratory findings into structured, well-defined data requirements for engineering teams.
• Perform ongoing data profiling, validation, and anomaly detection to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Value Realisation, and Engineering teams to align on data deliverables and requirements.

Requirements

• Strong analytical experience working with complex datasets across multiple sources.
• Proficiency in SQL and modern data analysis tools such as Python, R, or Power BI.
• Experience preparing, validating, and documenting datasets for analytical models or production systems.
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks, governance practices, and cleansing techniques.
• Ability to translate technical details into meaningful insights for business stakeholders.
• Comfort working in agile delivery environments and collaborating with engineering teams.
