What you will do

• Identify opportunities for A/B testing and support the design, setup, and delivery of test plans.
• Contribute to optimization projects across European markets including the UK, Germany, and Italy.
• Analyze test performance and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Utilize Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics to track outcomes and support data-led decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, UX, development, and analytics teams to improve conversion and engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in A/B testing within an eCommerce or digital trading environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and spot trends.
• Ability to manage multiple tests and timelines simultaneously.
• Must be able to work onsite in Chiswick, London 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
