Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

What you will do

• Design and build automated, reusable performance views and dashboards to provide trend insights for various organizational levels.
• Extract insights and craft compelling narratives to present complex data to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines using trusted sources and strict data governance standards.
• Partner with Product and Regulatory teams to ensure data readiness and deliver automated compliance reporting.
• Mentor junior team members through constructive design and code reviews.
• Align daily priorities and team vision with the broader corporate strategy to maximize business impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar Senior Analyst role with broad experience in team working and cross-functional engagement.
• Mastery of advanced SQL, including analytic/window functions, CTEs, subqueries, and processing concepts (indexing, partitioning).
• Strong ability to build narratives through multiple visualizations to present critical outcomes.
• Experience in building automated data pipelines and managing data governance.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided for this role.
