What you will do
- Exceed measurable sales objectives and expand the Arista brand within SLED accounts in DFW, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
- Employ a consultative selling approach to address business needs for hybrid cloud computing and legacy IT systems.
- Present Arista's value proposition to key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives.
- Collaborate with systems engineers to design and position solutions that reduce total cost of ownership.
- Establish and manage key channel relationships and formulate strategic account plans.
- Execute demand generation activities such as technology forums and lunch-and-learns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technology sales experience.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
- Proven track record of direct selling into target accounts and exceeding targets.
- Relevant industry background in data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN).
- Strong existing relationships and rolodex within the assigned territory.
- Technical acumen in Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Routing, or Cloud computing.
