TL;DR

WCM Consultant (Manufacturing): Manage delivery of customized improvement projects using TPM/WCM/Lean methodologies with an accent on analyzing operational losses, implementing performance improvements, and driving sales results. Focus on developing and selling customer solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and verifying methodologies effectiveness in FMCG environments.

Location: Shanghai, willing to travel frequently (up to 75%) within Greater China

What you will do

• Drive implementation of consulting projects ensuring compliance with Expert Services methodologies.
• Analyze customer operational losses and implement performance improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities via data analysis and benchmarking.
• Develop, present, and sell customized solutions justifying value propositions.
• Deliver solutions managing scope, teams, timelines, and quality at shopfloor and board levels.
• Manage project business results, sell services, provide training, and support new methodologies.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or Management Science
• 8+ years in TPM/WCM/Lean Manufacturing driving operational improvements
• Detailed knowledge of TPM implementation including pillars, methodologies, awards, and cost allocation.
• Experience building relationships with board-level contacts in multicultural teams.
• Excellent Chinese and English communication skills
• TPM instructor or Six Sigma Blackbelt preferred; strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency.
