Salary: $124,895.40 - $169,500.90 per year

What you will do

• Ensure daily availability, performance, and monitoring of electronic discovery applications and related infrastructure tools.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Microsoft Server 2019/2022) and system management tools.
• Manage and operate cloud environments including Microsoft Azure (Functions, API Gateways), Amazon AWS (EC2, Lambda), and VMware.
• Administer relational databases, specifically MySQL and SQL Server 2012 or higher.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve product issues and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop end-user training and contribute to technical knowledge bases.

Requirements

• Top Secret Clearance Required.
• Experience with legal technology and deep knowledge of the EDRM.
• Proficiency in implementing e-discovery tools such as Relativity or Veritas eDP.
• Strong skills in backend infrastructure, data migrations, and application installation.
• Experience managing Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud technologies.
