Salary: $159,000–$173,000 per year, plus $40,000–$43,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions.

What you will do

• Support the implementation, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems.
• Provide Tier I help desk and Tier 2 escalation support, including problem identification, diagnosis, resolution, and user assistance.
• Manage the configuration and daily operation of client/server, storage, network, and mobile-device environments.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install operating-system software, and implement enhancements that improve reliability and performance.
• Support the installation and maintenance of Cisco routers and switches, system design, mission architecture, and associated hardware.
• Analyze capacity, resource utilization, system administration interdependencies, and complex server hardware, application, and software integration issues.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• Fifteen years of experience as a System Administrator on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university; five additional years of System Administrator experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience supporting UNIX and Windows operating systems, network components, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience installing and maintaining Cisco routers and switches.
• Working knowledge of system administration interdependencies within Service-Oriented Architecture environments.
