What you will do

  • Lead integrated marketing strategy for a diverse portfolio of sports properties, including ACC Network, SEC Network, WNBA, and NCAA.
  • Drive audience growth and fan engagement using data-driven strategies to expand reach across existing and emerging audiences.
  • Shape and execute brand marketing for flagship campaigns, original content, and tentpole events such as the ESPYs.
  • Oversee consumer products and licensing initiatives to extend the hirify.global brand beyond content consumption.
  • Champion innovative marketing approaches leveraging emerging technologies and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Partner with stakeholders across The Walt Disney Company to support audience acquisition and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in sports marketing, brand marketing, media, or entertainment, including leadership of high-performing teams.
  • Proven success in developing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Deep understanding of fan behavior, digital audience engagement, streaming, and social ecosystems.
  • Expertise in impactful storytelling, experiential marketing, and culturally relevant consumer experiences.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage audience insights and data for strategic decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
