What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain instructional materials, eLearning courses, and training curricula.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into effective learning solutions.
• Create storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, and interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360.
• Produce and edit audio, video, and multimedia assets utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend appropriate instructional strategies and delivery methods.
• Perform quality assurance reviews on all training content and learning deliverables.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development.
• Proven track record of consulting and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Audition.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance industry or claims training.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Expertise in storyboarding and multimedia content development.
• Experience developing enterprise-level learning programs.
