What you will do

• Facilitate professional development workshops via live webinars, face-to-face sessions, and on-demand video recordings.
• Use a consultative approach to demonstrate how courses support instructional goals and district initiatives.
• Customize workshop materials using approved templates to address specific district challenges and goals.
• Partner with the Professional Development Scheduler and internal staff to ensure smooth session planning.
• Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to improve trainer resources and workshop quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering professional development, instructional coaching, or facilitation for educators.
• Demonstrated experience working with K-12 school districts or digital curriculum providers.
• Proficiency with learning platforms: Google Classroom, Canvas, and Schoology.
• Experience facilitating both virtual and in-person professional learning sessions.
• Ability to serve school districts across the United States.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
