Account Executive (SaaS): Driving growth by partnering with mid-sized businesses to enhance their employee experience through human-centered ITSM and onboarding solutions with an accent on consultative selling and value-based conversations. Focus on managing mid-market opportunities, building a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, and closing deals within the 500-1,000 employee segment.
Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Boston, MA with onsite expectations 3x/week (Tues-Thurs)
Salary: $100,000 - $141,450 Base Salary

What you will do
- Lead value-based conversations with mid-market customers to offer tailored ITSM and employee engagement solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline via proactive prospecting and virtual selling.
- Navigate buying journeys with empathy to create trust and clarity for decision-makers.
- Manage and close mid-sized opportunities from negotiation to final agreement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS or mid-market sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong communication and active listening skills to drive value in consultative settings.
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
