TL;DR

Strategic Partnerships Manager (Ecommerce): Managing a targeted portfolio of high-impact sellers to drive sustainable GMV growth and platform adoption with an accent on data-driven account strategies and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on optimizing seller performance, influencing product roadmaps based on user insights, and executing go-to-market strategies.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based near hubs in the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, or Australia)

Salary: $167K – $185K + Equity

What you will do

  • Develop and execute account strategies for a defined book of business, focusing on quarterly growth and product adoption.
  • Analyze performance trends using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for GMV expansion and buyer engagement.
  • Build trusted relationships with sellers through consistent coaching and actionable feedback.
  • Partner with Category Leads, Product, Marketing, and Policy teams to surface insights and influence product roadmaps.
  • Translate seller needs into clear business cases to unlock growth opportunities and address pain points.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, from marketing activations to operational improvements, ensuring measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or client success.
  • Professional background within ecommerce, creator platforms, or marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and Sigma.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven project management discipline across concurrent workstreams.
