Location: Hybrid (Must be based near hubs in the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, or Australia)
Salary: $167K – $185K + Equity

What you will do
- Develop and execute account strategies for a defined book of business, focusing on quarterly growth and product adoption.
- Analyze performance trends using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for GMV expansion and buyer engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with sellers through consistent coaching and actionable feedback.
- Partner with Category Leads, Product, Marketing, and Policy teams to surface insights and influence product roadmaps.
- Translate seller needs into clear business cases to unlock growth opportunities and address pain points.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, from marketing activations to operational improvements, ensuring measurable impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or client success.
- Professional background within ecommerce, creator platforms, or marketplaces.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and Sigma.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven project management discipline across concurrent workstreams.
