• Manage risk across exotic trading books to drive P&L through disciplined positioning
• Execute trading strategies on complex exotic structures and ensure efficient hedging
• Maintain robust and consistent pricing and marking standards
• Identify opportunities to expand product offerings and client activity globally
• Collaborate with Sales, Structuring, and Technology to enhance trading capabilities

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in exotic derivatives trading within a competitive environment
• Quantitative and risk-focused mindset for book management and performance generation
• Programming background or Python expertise in a financial environment
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with experience in franchise development
