What you will do

• Review and document bank processes to maintain the risk/control map.
• Maintain and challenge the Key Risk Indicators (KRI) database and implement new indicators as needed.
• Analyze incident reports regarding materialized operational risks.
• Implement and perform 2nd level controls on tasks across other departments.
• Monitor access rights for main IT systems in coordination with the IT & Security department.
• Prepare and follow up on internal and external audit engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience in internal audit or a similar controlling position.
• Excellent English and French skills (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Gland, Switzerland.
