Head Trader eFX Spot – Associate-Director (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead and support the eFX Spot team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Own realized risk and PnL while ensuring successful and compliant trading operations.
• Monitor orders, trades, market conditions, news flow, real-time risk, PnL, client activity, and flow quality.
• Fine-tune price construction, execution, and risk management production systems.
• Maintain relationships with hedging counterparties and market venues.
• Analyze results, deliver data-driven reporting, maintain procedures, and collaborate on product and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in sell-side electronic FX trading.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure, client needs across retail and institutional segments, and the competitive landscape.
• Ability to transform large datasets into actionable insights using quantitative capabilities and analytical tools.
• Strong prioritization, delivery, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leadership experience is strongly advantageous.
