What you will do

• Lead and support the eFX Spot team, fostering collaboration, trust, and professional growth.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for new team members in coordination with Talent Acquisition.
• Oversee performance management, including setting expectations and conducting reviews.
• Own the realized risk and PnL while ensuring compliant trading operations.
• Monitor real-time risk, news flow, and market conditions to fine-tune execution systems.
• Analyze large data sets to derive actionable insights and deliver operational reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sell-side electronic FX trading.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure and the competitive landscape.
• Proficiency in transforming large data sets into actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to deliver multiple tasks in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Gland, Switzerland
