What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for structuring complex lending transactions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to manage the full deal lifecycle from origination to approval.
• Liaise directly with clients to identify and implement bespoke lending solutions.
• Perform collateral assessment and manage transaction documentation negotiations.
• Support the broader team with deal-specific tasks and complex case analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or Law.
• Experience in collateralized transactions involving equities, fixed income, or hedge funds.
• Proficiency in front-to-back work stream coverage including approvals and lifecycle management.
• Technical background in collateral assessment and derivative structures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 level).
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical and organizational skills.
