What you will do
- Ensure ServiceNow platform security, availability, and functionality in cooperation with architects and developers.
- Manage the complete platform lifecycle, including development oversight and bug fixing.
- Gather and analyze business needs from internal customers to translate them into optimal technical solutions.
- Supervise the implementation of organization-wide service management capabilities.
- Maintain up-to-date solution documentation, including SOPs, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.
- Provide platform demonstrations and training to end-users and support teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional IT experience, with at least 2 years in a similar ServiceNow role.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications or equivalent.
- English proficiency level B2.
- Practical knowledge of MariaDB management and ServiceNow integration technologies (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST).
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and project management.
- Strong understanding of Service Management and IT security standards.
