What you will do

• Ensure ServiceNow platform security, availability, and functionality in cooperation with architects and developers.
• Manage the complete platform lifecycle, including development oversight and bug fixing.
• Gather and analyze business needs from internal customers to translate them into optimal technical solutions.
• Supervise the implementation of organization-wide service management capabilities.
• Maintain up-to-date solution documentation, including SOPs, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide platform demonstrations and training to end-users and support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional IT experience, with at least 2 years in a similar ServiceNow role.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications or equivalent.
• English proficiency level B2.
• Practical knowledge of MariaDB management and ServiceNow integration technologies (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST).
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and project management.
• Strong understanding of Service Management and IT security standards.
