TL;DR
ServiceNow Support Engineer (HAM): Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for the ServiceNow HAM module with an accent on troubleshooting bugs, integration errors, and ensuring CMDB accuracy. Focus on monitoring asset-CI synchronization, implementing minor enhancements to dashboards and reports, and creating user documentation.

What you will do
- Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for the ServiceNow HAM module
- Identify and resolve technical bugs, integration errors, and troubleshoot issues
- Bridge business needs and technical execution
- Monitor and audit Asset-CI synchronization for CMDB accuracy
- Recommend and implement minor enhancements to HAM dashboards, reports, and stockroom triggers
- Create user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles
Requirements
- Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT or related, with minimum 5 years relevant experience
- ITIL Foundation certification with practical experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Professional module
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals: UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, platform configuration
- Familiarity with hardware discovery and asset management tools integrations
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow products: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM
- ServiceNow training in scripting, application development, platform customization
- Experience with web services and integrations: REST, SOAP, XML
