What you will do

• Manage and track IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Maintain and optimize IT technical architecture standards.
• Utilize ServiceNow CMDB for asset tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IT processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with the IT Transversal team to deliver high-quality results.
• Analyze and prioritize workload to meet team objectives.

Requirements

• Academic degree in IT or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Very good expertise in Excel (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of IT processes and technical architecture standards.
• Must be based in Lisbon.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Fluency in French and/or Spanish.
• Knowledge of ITAM or SAM frameworks.
• Familiarity with ISO 27005 standards.
