What you will do

• Act as a first responder for enterprise technology incidents, ensuring rapid triage and resolution.
• Monitor alerts generated by enterprise tools to proactively resolve issues before customer impact.
• Lead incident management calls during high-severity production events.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all tickets and incidents within the ITSM platform.
• Collaborate with technical support, service provisioning, and customer teams to ensure clear communication.
• Participate in rotating off-hours on-call shifts to support 24x7 operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Winston-Salem, NC
• 5-10 years of experience in a NOC, Service Desk, or Infrastructure Operations environment.
• Advanced technical skills in Windows Operating Systems and networking configurations.
• Demonstrated experience with incident management processes and outage management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for server, network, and cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere or Hyper-V.
• Proficiency with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Opsgenie, or PagerDuty.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and identity management.
• Exposure to automation, scripting, and CI/CD tools.
